Unifying Canadian Proteomics

A group of 25 members of the proteomics community gathered at the CPI 2008 meeting to discuss the amalgamation of existing Canadian proteomics organizations and initiatives into a national not-for profit organization encompassing proteomics across Canada with members from all facets of the proteomics field. A planning committee of 5 people was nominated to move forward with assembling a proposal and action plan to establish the national organization.
