Genome BC Receives $50 Million in Provincial Funding

The Province of British Columbia has announced that $50 million of funding will be provided to Genome BC for it's 2010 to 2015 business plan. The announcement was made by the Minister of Advanced Education Murray Coell at the Vancouver Island Technology Park and included a tour of the UVic Genome BC Proteomics Centre.
